PRIVACY
Privacy statement
How we handle the details you share with us, and why this website does not use cookies.
Who we are
PolyLoop B.V., Soerendonck 2, 6086 BW Neer, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 42129587), is responsible for processing your data. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@polyloop.nl.
What data
Only the details you share with us yourself through a form, email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, company name, email address, phone number, information about the material and any photos.
What for
We use your details to respond to your request, make a proposal and perform any agreement. The legal basis is the preparation or performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
How the forms work
When you submit a form, your own email program opens a message containing the details you entered. We only receive your details once you send that message.
How long
We keep your details no longer than needed for the purpose they were collected for, or as long as the law requires (for example tax retention rules). Retention period for requests: ⟨in te vullen door PolyLoop⟩.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your details. We only share them with service providers we need, such as our email and hosting provider (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany), and when the law requires us to.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website, without third-party services. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps open an external service, whose own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your details, and you can object to their use. To do so, email info@polyloop.nl. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
We may update this statement. The latest version is always on this page. Last updated: 18 October 2026.
