OUR PROCESS
Five steps, one goal: a reliable raw material.
- 01
Registration and intake
It starts with your information: photos, the source of the material and the quantity. This lets us estimate in advance what we can process.
- 02
Identification
We determine which polymer it is and check its purity. Material that doesn't belong is removed.
- 03
Processing
The material is sorted, cleared of foreign parts such as paper or metal, and ground into regrind.
- 04
Quality control and recording
We check the regrind and record the origin, polymer, form and checks performed for every batch.
- 05
Delivery and new application
The material goes to the buyer together with the batch data. That closes the loop.
